Q: Where is Trove located?

We are located at 1122 5th Avenue in New Westminster where we prepare all of our baked goods in a commercial commissary kitchen.

Q: Are the desserts inside a Trove box handmade?

Yes. All of the desserts are prepared from scratch.

Q: Can I order a box with alcohol for pickup?

As required by BC Liquor law, we can only include liquor in orders for delivery. 

Q: What if I'm not home for a delivery?

All efforts are made to deliver to the recipient while they are at home. If the recipient is not home, we will leave the package at their front door if they live in a detached house. If the recipient lives in an apartment building, to which we cannot gain access, the package will be brought back to our location (1122 5th Avenue, New Westminster) and alternative pickup arrangements will be made.

Q: I have special directions for my delivery, where do I provide this?

In the notes section of your order, you can provide delivery details (such as buzzer #, or "leave at side door", etc.)

Q: How many days in advance can I order?

You can make orders up until Sunday at midnight for the following week, and can place orders up to 60 days in advance. 

Q: Does Trove do custom orders?

Q: What common allergens can be found in a Trove Dessert Box?

Dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, food dye, and wheat may be found in our desserts.
